• 1 Year Of Clinical RN Experience Preferred
• Current Louisiana RN licensure
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire
• Knowledge of basic ECG rhythm interpretation

• Provide direct, specialized care for patients requiring cardiac monitoring and procedural interventions.
• Coordinate patient assessments and collect health data.
• Analyze assessments to develop nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomes.
• Create and implement interdisciplinary care plans.
• Monitor progress toward outcomes and adjust interventions as needed.
• Initiate and manage non-titrated IV cardiac infusions.
• Interpret ECG rhythm strips and manage necessary interventions.
• Set up and perform cardioversion procedures.
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
