LPN – Surgery

The Baton Rouge Clinic, AMC is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality nursing care services to patients within our clinic and support a busy breast surgeon. The LPN will work in a fast‑paced clinical environment and collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure efficient, compassionate patient care.

• Scheduling appointments and surgical procedures
• Administering injections and performing phone triage
• Completing pre‑certifications and calling in prescriptions
• Assisting with in‑office procedures and managing referrals
• Performing additional duties as required

Nursing

Full‑Time

• At least 1‑year experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Patient‑focused work ethic
• Experience and skills to work in a medical office

• Current Louisiana license
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to effectively and proactively communicate, both verbally and in writing

• Drug testing
• Background checks
• Baton Rouge Clinic credit check

2‑Year College Graduate

Hourly

Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
