• Current Louisiana RN licensure.
• Demonstrated competency in patient assessment, venipuncture, phlebotomy, and ASA classification.

Improve the quality of life for patients and families by coordinating patient care processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and appropriate support services.

• Collect and prioritize patient health data for assessment.
• Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial evaluations and screenings.
• Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomes.
• Develop and coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care based on patient needs.
• Implement interventions, ensuring timely treatments and medications.
• Provide individualized patient education and collaborate on discharge planning.
• Document all assessments, treatments, and education in the medical record.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
