Performs and records weekly pressure ulcer assessment and measurement documentation

Monitors the progress of wound healing and makes recommendations

Provide orientation and in service to staff personnel

Assure compliance with local state and federal laws including problem resolution complaint investigation

Qualifications Current Louisiana Registered Nurse RN license required

Must have current CPR Certification

WOCN or WCC Certification preferred
