• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs and health histories
• Administering medications and injections as ordered
• Assisting with minor procedures and treatments
• Coordinating patient care and follow-up
• Providing education and support to patients and families
• Documenting accurately in the electronic medical record

• Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana
• BLS certification (required)
• Previous clinic or ambulatory care experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• A team player who’s passionate about patient‑centered care
