Located in Baton Rouge, LA, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to be the front line of our brand experiences.
This is a customer-facing role where your energy, communication skills, and ability to connect with others will shine. As an Event Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in turning brand campaigns into real-life interactions. You’ll be on-site at live events, engaging with attendees, answering questions, showcasing products, and building excitement. Your work will directly impact brand perception, customer engagement, and sales results.
- Represent the brand at live events, retail activations, and community pop-ups.
- Approach and engage attendees in a friendly, approachable way.
- Share brand messaging, product details, and key talking points with confidence.
- Deliver mini-presentations and demos that make complex ideas simple and exciting.
- Gather feedback and insights from event attendees to help shape future campaigns.
- Drive customer sign-ups, purchases, and engagement on-site.
- Assist with event set-up, booth presentation, and breakdown to ensure a polished look.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to track event performance, leads, and impact.
- Outgoing personalities who genuinely enjoy talking with people.
- Strong communication skills—able to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Enthusiasm for marketing, branding, and live events.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with lots of moving parts.
- Previous experience in events, promotions, sales, customer service, or marketing is helpful—but not required.
