We are seeking an NDE Technician – Level II in Baton Rouge, LA. The role requires performing nondestructive inspections of materials, parts, components, and pressurized systems; interpreting test data; maintaining equipment; and supervising NDE activities in accordance with referenced codes. The position is non‑exempt, reports to the Area Manager, and allows the technician to develop procedures and perform complex duties under established guidelines.
EssentialQualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- UTT/PT certifications
- Valid NDE certifications and relevant experience
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced turnaround environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid TWIC card
- Pass background check and drug test
- Local opportunity; no per diem
- Documentation: certifications and resume required
- Conduct NDT inspections in various methods.
- Interpret and report inspection results.
- Provide support to Level III technicians.
- Instruct and/or supervise trainees.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical InvolvementEmployee may be required to climb ladders, scaffolds, structures; maintain balance; reach in all directions; manipulate objects; lift 30‑50 lbs. from various positions; stand, sit, walk; see with or without correction; and follow written and oral directions. Basic mathematical skills, planning, and the ability to recognize and report safety hazards are also required.
