Reporting to the CEO, the Controller will function as a strategic partner and operational right hand to executive leadership, owning day-to-day accounting and financial management while also overseeing office operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a finance leader who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level and who wants to make a direct, tangible impact on a growing business.

- Maintain a professional, organized, and positive office environment aligned with company culture and values.
- Strategic & People Operations Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on operational planning, financial strategy, and organizational improvements.
- Support HR-related functions including onboarding, policies, benefits administration coordination, etc.
- Help foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership roles.
- Prior experience functioning as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accountant/finance leader in a small or growing company.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience using Quick Books
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment with competing priorities. Must be able to work independently, as well as with a cross-functional leadership team.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with executives, staff, and external partners.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- High-Growth Environment:
Be part of a small but aggressively growing, financially stable organization. - Influence & Visibility:
Work directly with executive leadership and have a meaningful voice in business decisions. - Career Growth:
Opportunity to grow alongside the company and expand scope as the organization scales. - Entrepreneurial Impact:
This is not a back-office role—you will shape systems, processes, and strategy. - Collaborative Culture:
Join a tight-knit, driven team that values initiative, ownership, and results.
