Our client is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, vendor coordination, and office logistics across multiple locations. This in‑office role is based in Downtown Baton Rouge and offers a chance to lead high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced environment.

- Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships across all office locations
- Serve as primary liaison with building management for security, parking, access, and general upkeep
- Manage logistics for conference centers including room setup, catering, and A/V systems
- Lead construction, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring budget and timeline alignment
- Review and advise on contracts with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security)
- Supervise facilities support staff and collaborate with office administrators and copy center managers
- Provide logistical support for trial teams in remote locations (lodging, equipment, catering, supplies)
- Assist in developing and managing the department’s operating budget
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilities, real estate, or operations management
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, contracts, and vendor management
- High attention to detail with a keen eye for design and functionality
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new platforms
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Baton Rouge, LA - Salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00
