Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Baton Rouge seeks a Chief Business and Strategy Officer with 15+ years of experience in primary health care services. Open Health Care Clinic, a financially stable, mission-centric, community-based nonprofit organization with multiple locations and lines of business, 200+ employees, and $75+ million in annual revenue, seeks a seasoned, full‑time, on‑site professional to lead the Finance, Revenue Cycle, Performance Analytics, and Human Resources departments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate long‑term, stable employment, partner with Operations Management, and have proven success in a leadership‑team role. Significant funding sources include HRSA, CDC, SAMHSA, and HUD. Experience with federal regulations for these programs is required. Health care policy knowledge is required, with evidence of success in developing growth strategies and new business lines. The position reports directly to the CEO.

The candidate should have excellent presentation skills and participate in community activities. The culture is professional and dynamic in a business‑casual environment. Qualifications include relevant long‑term experience and an MBA, MHA, CPA, or JD. Technology professionals with the required skills and experience may also be considered. Exclusivity may be required.
