About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Litigation Paralegal who thrives on solving problems, keeping cases on track, and being the go‑to support for attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance defense experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management: Maintain and organize case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation workflows.
Legal Research & Writing: Conduct legal research, prepare summaries of depositions, medical records, expert reports, and other key materials. Draft research memos, case chronologies, and witness files.
Trial Preparation: Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit binders, witness lists, and jury instructions. Coordinate logistics for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial presentations.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
- 3+ years of insurance defense experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and e‑filing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, legal software (e‑discovery platforms, case management systems)
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
