Senior In-House Litigation Attorney
Epic is seeking a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney based at our Madison, WI campus. The role requires relocation to the area, and we provide financial relocation assistance.
You will support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and providing counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other areas of potential risk. You’ll handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You’ll also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
Responsibility will grow rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our dynamic industry.

- Strong academic and professional background
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
