- Location – TRSL is conveniently located near the I‑10 / I‑12 split on Essen Lane, away from the congestion of downtown Baton Rouge.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PMI, Waterfall).
- Strong supervision and leadership skills are required to lead our team of software developers.
- While relevant certifications are preferred, we value experience and skills.

Six years of experience in information technology; OR
Six years of full‑time work experience in any field plus four years of experience in information technology; OR
An associate’s degree in information technology plus four years of experience in information technology; OR
A bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience in information technology; OR
A bachelor’s degree with twenty‑four semester hours in an information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or business analytics field plus three years of experience in information technology; OR
A master’s degree plus three years of experience in information technology.
