We are looking for a strong People Soft Finance Functional/Techno‑functional resource with hands‑on experience in FSCM implementation, upgrades, and migrations.

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
• Document requirements in functional specifications for development teams.
• Configure People Soft modules (HCM, Financials, etc.) based on business needs.
• Maintain setup tables, security roles, and workflow configurations.
• Test configurations to ensure compliance with business rules.
• Prepare test scripts for unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Execute functional testing and validate results against requirements.
• Coordinate with QA teams and resolve defects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by end‑users.
• Analyze root causes and provide solutions or workarounds.
• Liaise with technical teams for complex issues involving customizations or integrations.

• Minimum 8 years of experience across People Soft Financials.
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable: 5‑8 years.
• Asset Management, Purchasing: 3‑5 years.
• Lease Management, Bank Recon: 3‑5 years.
• Integration with third‑party systems: 2‑3 years.
• Technical experience in SQLs, nVisions, Integration Broker: 2‑3 years.

No travel is required. Can work remotely and if needed, come to a nearby NTT office. Preferred location is Dallas.

Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
