- Possess excellent oral and verbal communication skills as well as active listening skills in order to quickly build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Support sales team in administrative sales functions and client relationships
- Ability to explain and demonstrate features of current products and services in order to successfully sell and upsell clients
- Adept at focusing on client needs and understanding their pain points
- Able to work collaboratively with others through the sales process
- Be able to organize work paying attention to details from multiple sources
- Proficiency in negotiating with all stakeholders to bring the sale to a close.
- Other related duties as assigned
- College Degree or 1-3 years experience in Information Technology and/or Sales

Prolonged sitting at a desk and using a computer, must be able to lift at least 15 pounds, and be able to work in an office with other employees.
Travel to client sites as needed, specifically in Baton Rouge. Overnight travel is limited, but the Inside Sales Executive may be asked to attend trade shows or travel to other Lockstep locations for training.
