Business Development Representative - AI, IT & Cybersecurity

Salary: $55K - $250K/yr
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities- Prospect local businesses using calls, email, Linked In, and in-person outreach
- Educate prospects on cybersecurity risks and modern AI-driven solutions
- Qualify leads quickly and intelligently
- Book discovery meetings for our sales team
- Track activity in our CRM
- Represent S1 with professionalism in the local business community
- 1–3 years in sales, business development, or recruiting
- Interest in cybersecurity, AI, or technology
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-directed
- Local to Baton Rouge
- Hungry, coachable, competitive
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Clear path to Account Executive or leadership
- Training in cybersecurity and AI-driven solutions
