Whatto Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
- Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers regarding technical issues
- Conduct technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support provided
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
- Strong technology background with a customer‑centric mindset
- Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex technical issues
- Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
- Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
- Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies, DVMs)
- Ability to troubleshoot with creativity and high discipline
- Understanding of FDA regulations for medical devices
