• Enter orders using the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central business system.
• Support and own to resolution emergency parts replacement and warranty issues as needed.
• Support and own customer-facing phone calls and electronic requests with a pleasant demeanor.
• Support change order management, tracking and invoicing of customer orders.
• Receive incoming quote requests for setup and distribution to the proposal development team.
• Facilitate shipping of orders with warehouse.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system, file structures, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and Outlook), and other modern software platforms and business systems.
• Attention and participation in work-place safety programs and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

High School or better.

2 years:
Strong computer experience surrounding office-based productivity platform Microsoft Office, to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat PDF, including general navigation and Microsoft Windows operating system awareness.

2 years:
Order-entry experience.
