The primary role of the Slide Attendant is enforcing slide safety rules and dispatching guests down the slide as trained. Slide Attendants will be trained in CPR/AED/First Aid if selected for a position.
Job Duties- Dispatch guests down waterslides as trained
- Enforce slide safety rules
- Provide outstanding guest service to waterpark patrons, while interacting professionally and respectfully with guests
- Answer guest questions accurately and consistently
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
- Assist with other waterpark operations as assigned
Summer seasonal from May through Labor Day (September
7), generally 20-35 hours per week
Must be at least 16 years old by May 1 to be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous work experience in a customer service role
