- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience; supervisory experience required.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication skills; able to convey information clearly and listen effectively to coworkers and guests.
- Skilled at problem-solving, including anticipating, identifying, and resolving workplace issues under pressure.
- Capable of assimilating and analyzing complex information from multiple sources and making quick, accurate decisions.
- Comfortable working with financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions.
