• Prepare and serve high‑quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.

• Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and thorough work.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
