As a Valet Attendant, you will deliver first‑class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include assisting arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.
Are You the Right Fit?- Will work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; physically active and able to run, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs.
- Personable and comfortable speaking with guests; providing excellent service is essential.
- Paid training, Forbes Standards training, and continuous on‑the‑job training.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous valet or parking attendant experience preferred.
- Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle preferred.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
- Pass a pre‑employment background, drug, and MVR screen.
- Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs and perform a wide range of physical tasks.
- Ability to stand for long periods, run, and work outdoors in all weather.
