What We’re Looking For:
- Two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting strongly preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach helpful.
- Master’s degree in Social Work/Allied Health or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Educate community partners and referral sources about Baton Rouge General’s Behavioral Health inpatient and outpatient programs through structured outreach, education, and relationship-building efforts. Perform pre-admission screenings and ensure alignment with BRG’s Behavioral Health Strategic Plan.
Essential Job Functions:- Builds and maintains relationships with community professionals to generate referrals for Behavioral Health services.
- Accurately updates customer database information and trends outreach activity data.
- Meets referral and admissions goals within expected guidelines.
- Assists leadership in planning, developing, and implementing sales and outreach strategies.
- Prepares accurate monthly reports and analyzes marketing data to support program growth.
- Provides timely feedback on the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
- Participates in sales/outreach meetings and maintains knowledge of BRG Behavioral Health programs and services.
- Communicates community needs, expectations, and referral patterns to the clinical team to support continuity of care.
- Conducts pre-admission screenings for potential inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health admissions.
- Maintains knowledge of admission criteria, legal status, patient rights, and rights of the mentally ill.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
