We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to join our team and lead the planning and implementation of various behavioral health projects. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned behavioral health projects, including budget, timeline, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives, create a comprehensive project plan, and set realistic timelines for completion.
- Lead and motivate project team members to ensure successful completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and funding agencies to secure resources and support for projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, progress, and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the behavioral health field, incorporating them into project planning and implementation.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health and behavioral healthcare systems and services.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and community partners.
- Experience in grant writing and securing funding for projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
