Position Purpose

Provides foundational support for quality improvement activities. Assists management in coordination of internal department monitoring, auditing, and process improvement recommendations to ensure compliance. Focuses on data collection, documentation, and support for clinical quality initiatives.

How You Contribute to the Company’s Mission In This Role
  • Assist with data entry, validation, and basic analysis.
  • Support documentation for audits, reports, and accreditation.
  • Coordinate meetings and logistics for quality improvement projects.
  • Maintain organized records and databases.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
  • Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare support.
  • Active (current and unrestricted) RN license to practice in Louisiana is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic data handling and documentation skills.
  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the quality improvement field.
Physical Demands
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, within your scope of responsibilities.
  • Job duties are performed in a normal and clean office environment with normal noise levels.
  • Work is predominately done while standing or sitting.
  • The ability to comprehend, document, calculate, visualize, and analyze are required.
