Job Summary

We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Facilitate Psychotherapy Group Sessions
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist (Outpatient) Required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Unrestricted Active Louisiana license: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPC
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and co-occurring disorders
• Proficient computer skills, including use of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and telehealth platforms
• Ability to manage documentation efficiently and securely
