The Speech and Language Therapist will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism and ADHD. This position involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality diagnostic assessments and tailored interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental and specialist developmental assessments for children and/or adults.
• Utilize standardized diagnostic tools to assess Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Apply diagnostic criteria and consider differential diagnoses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and reports.
• Communicate findings effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of neurodevelopmental disorders.

• Expertise in conducting neurodevelopmental and specialist developmental assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for Autism and ADHD.
• ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Additional qualifications in Autism and/or ADHD assessment or intervention.
• Experience in differential diagnosis across neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions.

• HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or NMC registered nurse.
• Experience with children and/or adults with neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong background in report writing and clinical documentation.
