- Must have a good understanding of coding
- Must be innovative and efficient
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Keep staff updated on changes in rules and regulations
- Must have excellent analytical skills
- Teach, Train and Mentor Staff
- Continue to Improve on Gallup Employee Engagement Scores
Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 Years Proven Director of PFS Experience
- Conversion experience is a must. Epic conversion
