• Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections, and related activities
• Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations
• Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in the EMR
• Collaborate with the extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concerns
• Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner

• High School diploma/GED or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills
• Understanding of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences
