POSITION PURPOSE Serves as a lead advisor within the Health Quality Department, guiding the design and execution of clinical quality improvement initiatives. Supports strategic planning, leads cross-functional project teams, and ensures alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex quality improvement projects from concept to completion.
  • Mentor and guide Quality Improvement Advisors and Associates.
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and present performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with providers and internal teams to drive engagement and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with HEDIS, Stars, CMS MIPS, and other clinical measures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required in nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7 years in healthcare quality improvement or clinical analytics.
  • Active (current and unrestricted) RN license to practice in Louisiana is required.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and metrics.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to travel in personal vehicle statewide with some late-night returns and/or overnight stays.
