JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION:
Works collaboratively with and under the direct supervision of a clinician to participate in the delivery of resident care for the improvement of quality of life for residents and families. Performs routine and assigned tasks in facility and provides assistance to treatment team with care activities within the scope of training and experience. Maintains safe and therapeutic environment and offers and assists in control of residents who exhibit unacceptable behavior.
Job is performed appropriately for the age and clinical population served, as defined in the department scope of service.
- CRITERIA A:
