We’re looking for a dynamic
** Area Manager
** to lead our Baton Rouge clinics and help deliver an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury healthcare or aesthetics environment and knows how to inspire teams while driving operational excellence.

The Area Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving operational excellence across the Baton Rouge, Downtown Baton Rouge, and Prairieville clinics. This individual will oversee daily operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure the clinic consistently reflects the highest standards of care, service, and brand presentation.#
** Role and Responsibilities
**** Operational Leadership
*** Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure seamless workflows and strict adherence to established protocols, policies, and procedures.
* Maintain a polished, welcoming, and luxurious clinic environment that aligns with the practice’s brand and patient experience standards.
* Analyze clinic performance and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and revenue growth.
** Team Leadership & Development
*** Supervise and support clinic staff, including aestheticians, nurses, and patient experience coordinators.
* Lead the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.
* Conduct regular team meetings, deliver ongoing performance feedback, and support professional growth and motivation.
** Patient Experience & Satisfaction
*** Champion a concierge-level patient experience through effective communication, streamlined scheduling, and thoughtful follow-ups.
* Monitor patient satisfaction and proactively address concerns or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
* Oversee patient communications and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care and clear instructions throughout the patient journey.
** Compliance & Risk Management
*** Ensure full compliance with all applicable health, safety, privacy, and licensing regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
* Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
** Inventory & Financial Oversight
*** Partner with the Inventory team to monitor and manage medical supplies, injectables, and retail products.
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including appointment bookings, patient retention, staff productivity, and overall clinic performance.
** Growth & Brand Development
*** Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on business development initiatives, community events, and promotional campaigns.
* Support clinic growth initiatives while upholding brand integrity and patient trust.## Qualifications
** Minimum

Education and Experience Requirements
*** 3 years minimum of management experience in a healthcare
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and practice management software.
* Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant healthcare regulations.#
** Preferred Education or Experience
*** Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
* 3+ years of experience managing a medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
* Experience with CRM and scheduling software (e.g., Nextech, Symplast, Patient Now).
* Background in sales or marketing for aesthetics/med spa services.
* Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
