Overview
Are you passionate about delivering care where it’s needed most? Baton Rouge General is looking for a dedicated EMT to join our Mobile Unit – a unique team that travels into communities to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare and emergency response.
Responsibilities- Providing basic emergency medical care and transportation in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Assisting with health screenings, patient assessments, and care coordination in the field.
- Ensuring the mobile unit is clean, stocked, and ready for deployment.
- Supporting public health initiatives and community outreach.
- Current Louisiana EMT certification (EMT-Basic or higher).
- CPR certification (BLS required).
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to community health and safety.
