Your day to day as a WIC Health EducatorThe WIC Health Educator at Care South plays a vital role in supporting families by determining eligibility for WIC clients and evaluating their lab values. In this position, you will engage in meaningful discussions about nutritional requirements, prescribe tailored WIC food packages, and issue EBT cards to facilitate access to essential resources. Additionally, this role may involve assisting the WIC Dietician as needed, providing an opportunity for collaboration within a dedicated team.
Candidates must demonstrate emotional maturity and the ability to function effectively under stress, along with strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage a diverse workload.
