Lighthouse Counseling Center is expanding, and we’re seeking compassionate, skilled therapists to join our team in Baton Rouge. If you’re passionate about helping individuals and families heal from trauma, addiction, and betrayal, we want to hear from you.

We specialize in trauma-informed treatment for sexual addiction and betrayal trauma, offering a comprehensive range of services including:

• Individual, couples, and family counseling
• Weekly therapy groups
• Intensive recovery workshops for those struggling with sexual addiction

At Lighthouse, we foster a collaborative environment where clinicians support one another through regular staff meetings, case consultations, and cross-referrals to ensure the highest standard of care.

We’re seeking therapists who are:

• Licensed in Louisiana (Provisionally licensed candidates will also be considered)
• Experienced in or passionate about working with trauma, addiction, and betrayal trauma
• Committed to professional growth and continuing education
