Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role based in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Financial Advisor at Highland Wealth, you will work directly with clients to develop and implement financial plans to help them achieve their life goals. Responsibilities include assessing clients' financial needs, providing strategic investment advice, creating customized retirement plans, and guiding them in the selection of insurance and financial products.

You will also stay informed on market trends and regulations to ensure the best solutions are presented to the clients.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
• Experience in Investments and Financial Advisory services
• Strong knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze and synthesize financial data to provide well-informed recommendations
• Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or similar credentials are highly preferred
• Proficiency with financial planning and investment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
