Overview
The Financial Coach assesses clients’ financial health through one-on-one coaching and develops a tailored set of recommendations to help clients improve their financial position and pursue their goals. The financial coach will manage, develop, and implement incentivized savings financial coaching programs. The program is run under Capital Area United Way’s (CAUW) Bank On Baton Rouge Initiative. It is a volunteer-based coaching program that uses financial technology to maintain and track clients’ progress.
This position reports to the Director of Family Stability.
- Assess clients’ financial health through one-on-one coaching.
- Develop tailored recommendations to help clients improve their financial position and pursue their goals.
- Manage, develop, and implement incentivized savings financial coaching programs.
- Support CAUW Bank On Baton Rouge Initiative as a volunteer-based coaching program and utilize financial technology to track client progress.
- Support reporting and program outcomes in collaboration with the Director of Family Stability.

Bachelor - Years of experience: 1 - 2 years of experience
- Salary range: $43,000 - $47,000 per year
