This is a full-time, on-site position for a Loan Officer/Loan Officer Assistant located in Baton Rouge, LA. The role includes evaluating loan applications, assisting clients in understanding their options, and guiding them throughout the loan process. Daily responsibilities involve gathering necessary documentation, communicating with clients, lenders, and underwriters, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills to support clients effectively and ensure smooth transaction management.

• Knowledge of loan application processing and understanding of loan products and services
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with financial regulations, industry compliance, and understanding of credit analysis
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in using loan origination systems, financial software, and basic office technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Prior experience in mortgage or financial services is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in a related role
