* Job Description:

**** SCOPE:
** The Finance/Accounting Manager monitors, protects and improves the organization’s financial performance by preparing reports, analyzing trends and ensuring compliance in all financial matters. The position plays a pivotal role in driving business success and operates under the direct supervision of the Sr. Director of Accounting.
** FUNCTIONS:
** 1.
Leads core finance processes including long-range and annual operating plans
2.
Complies financial data and prepares reports to assist with analyzing the financial health of the organization.
3.
Performs financial analysis and decision analysis support for the organization’s programs and special projects.
4.
Provides financial guidance and support to other departments to help achieve their objectives.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

** B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required. CPA or Masters Degree preferred.
Experienced accountant with 3+ years of financial experience in the healthcare industry.
Health care finance, financial statement preparation.

Knowledge of an automated general ledger, payroll and accounts payable system, and Microsoft Office.
