Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

* Provide general supervision to ensure retail clerks are meeting or exceeding service and sales standards.

* Promote the courteous treatment of customers and employees including resolving complaints, answering questions and providing general service.

* Facilitate retail sales, including customer assistance and follow-up.

* Encourage and reinforce customer decisions to increase average dollar sale and units per transaction.

* Stock and maintain the appearance of sales floor and merchandise displays.

* Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions.

* Follow established regulations, guidelines and procedures related to the sale of alcohol and or tobacco.

* Demonstrated money-handling and math skills.

* Demonstrated ability to operate computerized cash register.

* Must be 18 years of age

* Must obtain and maintain a current State Responsible Vendor Permit

* Must obtain and maintain a current Parish Alcohol Beverage Control License

* At least 2-years of related experience
