The Shipping & Receiving Agent will be responsible for incoming and outgoing goods from the properties warehouse, ensuring all items are properly inventoried and verifying shipment information. The role requires performing all duties according to the Queen Casino policies, procedures, Internal Controls, Gaming Board guidelines, and state laws.

• Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.
• Effectively and timely receive all property shipments.
• Accurately inventory all items received.
• Create and verify shipping documents/labels.
• Document all shipping discrepancies and report as applicable.
• Ensure items received match the packing lists.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Be able to lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Represent the company professionally with guests and vendors.
• Work with urgency.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Satisfactorily complete assignable work tasks requested by the department leaders.
• Proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
• Immediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and retained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years previous work experience, preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License, if applicable.
