Are you ready to turn complex designs into reality? We’re looking for a Senior Life Safety Systems Drafter / BIM Designer to help create environments where safety and innovation meet. From semiconductor plants to state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and research facilities, you’ll play a key role in delivering world‑class designs for globally recognized clients.

- Perform computer‑aided drafting and design for life safety and security systems in advanced facilities.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create and coordinate 3‑D BIM models with architects and engineers.
- Assist in developing layouts for Fire Alarm Detection Systems, HPM leak detection, Toxic Gas Management Systems, and Security/Intrusion Detection Systems.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements, delivering accurate, constructible solutions.
- Proven experience in drafting and BIM design, ideally in life safety systems.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of AutoCAD experience.
- 3‑5 years of Revit design experience.
- Knowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA 70, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code.
- Knowledge of Fire/Life Safety systems and manufacturer equipment.
- Industrial design experience.
- Autodesk Certification Professional (ACP) or other drafting technologies certifications.
