Join Jacobs as a Senior Client Account Manager (CAM) and you will have the opportunity to impact strategic business relationships with key clients in Houston and across the Gulf Coast region. Your focus is to make sure that Jacobs is the environmental consultant of choice for Houston-based energy and industrial clients and that Jacobs has a thorough understanding of your clients’ needs and is seen as their best advocate for accomplishing their goals.

Bachelor’s degree in the environmental sciences or equivalent related work experience in lieu of a degree.
15 years of experience in the environmental market sector.
Proven track record of winning environmental work Houston based clients.
Existing executive level contacts and strong relationships with energy and industrial clients in the region.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a market growth strategy, develop leads, vet opportunities, respond to RFPs, and coach interview teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead an account team, coach/mentor and motivate the team, reach within Jacobs to offer best-in-class solutions, manage commercial and legal negotiations, and close deals.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Exceptional skills in both written and oral communication.
Technical background/experience in delivering or managing large environmental projects or programs is considered a positive and adds credibility in consulting and remediation industry service offerings and delivery.
