• 65% Instructional duties: provide learning experiences, use resources, assess learning, give syllabus and schedule, maintain at least 10 office hours per week, meet scheduled classes, advise students, follow master syllabi, maintain accurate records, submit required reports by deadlines.
• 20% Administrative duties: notify department chair of absences, attend departmental and university meetings, participate in convocations (wearing regalia), adhere to professional standards, participate in faculty evaluation, conduct outcome assessment.
• 5% Service duties: contribute to college/service by collaborating and offering service.
• 5% Professional Development: collaborate with others and offer service to the college.
• 5% Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma

10 years industry experience, ASE Master Certified

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student population, faculty, and industrial professionals.
• Knowledge of industry compliance requirements, accreditation standards, and industrial education best practices.

Associate degree

• Teaching experience in a Diesel/Automotive program.
• Experience in teaching and learning methodology.

Proficiency in using academic management software and online learning platforms.
