Overview
Local college seeking Construction Management instructor(s) for FULL-TIME or PART-TIME evening classes. Classes are held Monday–Thursday; class sessions run 5:30pm–9:30pm. Part-time positions are exempt from benefits.
Qualifications- Education Level required:
Associates or higher. - Four (4) years documented experience in the Construction Management field (minimum 48 months actual experience).
- Estimating and Plan Reading
- Quantity Takeoff
- Project Management
- Planning and Scheduling
- Materials and Methodology
- Mechanical and Electrical Systems
- BIM - Building Information Modeling
Experience in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Estimating, Architecture, Professional Engineer, or Lead Designer. Supervisory experience is helpful and a plus.
Availability and ResponsibilitiesThis person is available on campus Monday through Thursday, as well as teaching scheduled classes. No Fridays or weekends, except during scheduled special events. Pass on your experience and knowledge in a fulfilling manner to others.
