Overview
Our Lady of the Lake seeks Hospitalists to join their team with a retention rate of over 90 percent.
Highlights of the opportunity- Board Certification or Board Eligibility is required.
- Physician Lead Organization
- $320K plus potential
- $20K Sign On Bonus
- $10K Relocation Bonus
- EPIC EMR inpatient and outpatient
- Benefits package, relocation allowance, out-going malpractice tail insurance covered and no restrictive covenants/non-compete clauses
- Reliable 7-on/7-off block schedule
- Average daily rounding census per Hospitalist of 14-16 patients
- Procedures Optional/Not Required
- On-site Intensivist support with open ICUs
