Night Time Interventional Cardiologist
A well-established cardiology group in Baton Rouge is seeking a full time a Full-time Nighttime Interventional Cardiologist to provide dedicated overnight hospital coverage (5pm - 7am). This position is structured as a night time call role, focusing exclusively on Hospital consults and emergent interventions on unrestricted call at night - no clinic responsibilities required.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected team that has consistently maintained two nighttime interventional cardiologist for a robust night coverage. Currently, a locum tenens physician is filling this role, and we are looking for a permanent addition to the team.
Position Highlights:
- Night time only schedule: 5pm - 7am, providing hospital consults and interventional coverage, Unrestricted call.
- No clinic responsibilities required:
Unrestricted Call Coverage 100% inpatient focused role. - Established Team:
Work alongside another nighttime interventional cardiologist for support. - Path to Partnership:

Practice is within walking distance of multiple major hospitals
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
- Licensed or Eligible for Medical Licensure in Louisiana
- Strong Clinical skills in emergency cardiac interventions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hospital-based environment.
