  Inpatient and Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures:
  Standard non‑invasive cases plus Intensive Care Unit Coverage, Echocardiography, Transesophageal Echo, Nuclear Cardiology
• Credentialing timeframe: 120 Days
• EMR:
  Epic
• Certifications required:
  Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Licensure required:
  Must have active Louisiana License or Compact letter
