Chiropractor Baton Rouge, LA — Urgently Hiring. We are looking for a dedicated Chiropractor to join our well-established practice full time in Baton Rouge, LA. This position is suitable for a recent graduate looking to learn to run a successful business or an experienced doctor with personal injury experience who is willing to learn a new system. Potential growth opportunity with the option to own a clinic in the future.

We are a multidisciplinary group with a physical medicine and injury center that has proudly served the community for over 25 years. Our integrated medical team includes a nurse practitioner for medical management, an MD for pain management, PT, a neurologist, a chiropractor, and dedicated support staff.

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays and scans
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Manage patient protocols and rehabilitation plans with rehab
• Provide patient education on diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Findings, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and the benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Deliver chiropractic care including adjustments (Cox technique; training available), decompression, manipulation techniques, diversified technique, activator, ART, FAKTR, rehab and various modalities
• Documentation and charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Collaborate with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are met – reassessments
• Occasional marketing to attorneys and the community with marketing team assistance
• Attend weekly meetings for staff and doctors at the main office

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in LA

• Full time
• Mon–Friday with ½ day on Friday

• $85K to $90K plus bonus compensation

• PTO/Vacation plus holiday pay
