This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Guest Services Coordinator, located in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting members, managing front desk operations, answering inquiries, ensuring smooth check-ins, and handling communications and lead generation. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, exude confidence, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications- Proficient in Guest Services and Customer Service to ensure top client experience and a welcoming environment.
- Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations, appointment schedules and other
- Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle both administrative tasks and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the fitness, sales or hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Ability to stay on top of inventory and a clean studio
